萝卜是咱们百姓人家常备的菜品,它即可用于制作菜肴,炒、煮、凉拌俱佳;又可当作水果。生吃,味道鲜美;还可用泡菜、酱菜腌制。

萝卜营养丰富,有很好的食用、医疗价值。

原料:

里嵴肉300克、白萝卜1个、红青椒各1只、葱、姜、蒜适量;

调料:

盐、生抽、老抽、料酒、淀粉适量。

做法:

1、瘦肉切成丝,调入盐、生抽、老抽、料酒、淀粉搅拌均匀,萝卜和红青椒切成丝待用;

2、锅中倒入油,爆香葱、姜、蒜,倒入肉丝快速炒至肉发白,盛出装盘;

3、用锅内余油,倒入红椒青椒丝、萝卜丝煸炒片刻,再倒入肉丝炒匀即可。

干煸泥鳅

【原材料】泥鳅250克、干红椒50克、青椒1根、姜末5克、蒜末5克

【调味料】精盐、味精、红油、花椒、豆瓣酱各适量

【制作过程】

1、 泥鳅剖杀去头洗净,青椒切滚刀块,干椒切段;

2、 锅上火,油烧热,放入泥鳅滑油后捞出沥干油;

3、 锅内留油,下入干椒、姜、蒜、豆瓣、花椒炒香,放入泥鳅,调入盐、鸡精、味精,炒匀入味即可。

4、 准备:5分钟,烹饪:10分钟

【特别提示】泥鳅味甘、性平、脂肪含量是大黄鱼的3倍,糖分是鲫鱼的20多倍,具有祛风利湿、补中益气的功效。

泥鳅是最为常见的鱼类。浑身滑溜溜的,背部和两侧为灰黑色,全身又布满黑色小斑点,尾柄处有大黑点。小小的眼睛、嘴的周围长着5 对触须。泥鳅喜欢在静水区的底层栖息。我国除西北高原地区以外,可以说从南到北的湖泊、池塘、沟渠和水田底层,凡是有水域的地区它都能生长。

【营养与功效】中医认为,泥鳅气味甘、性平、无毒、有暖中益气、醒酒、解消渴、调中收痔之功效;现代医学研究认为,泥鳅中含有丰富的高不饱和脂肪和卵磷脂,是构成人脑细胞中不可缺少的物质,也是心脑血管疾病、糖尿系统疾病的最佳食物。

干煸鱿鱼

原料:
红椒、半斤

鱿鱼须、八两

蒜苗、七两

老干妈牛肉酱、小康牛肉酱,不要看两种是一样的,可是,味道可是不一样哦,再来一点孜然粉。

做法:
蒜苗洗浄切成段

红辣酱切段

鱿鱼须切成小条

蒜片切片


开油锅

先把蒜片煸香

放入老干妈酱和小康牛肉酱,比例是2:1。

炒香后放入鱿鱼,煸炒,先放鱿鱼是因为,鱿鱼很难入味,所以,要事先炒干、炒香。

然后放入红辣椒

炒至五分钟后,再放入蒜苗一起炒。

放入少许鸡精和一点点糖就行了,盐不用放了。

出锅了,真好吃!
