番茄百合牛肉汤(组图)

番茄百合牛肉汤
有汤,有肉,有菜,
制作超简单,美味不打折 。

制作:
1、原料:牛肉(用牛腩口感较好)800克,新鲜百合2个(干百合也可,需用水先泡软),番茄2个,姜一小块,香菜一棵。

2、开水加少量酒,把牛肉氽水,捞出洗干净,切成块。

3、另起锅放入牛肉,加凉水没过牛肉,加入几片姜,适量米酒。大火烧开转小火,煮至牛肉软烂,约1小时。
(加几个山楂干同煮,更易煮烂。)

4、煮牛肉的时候,处理番茄、百合和香菜。番茄用热水烫过,拔去外皮,切成块。百合掰成瓣,洗干净。香菜切小段。

5、牛肉软烂时,加入胡椒粉和盐调味,加入番茄和百合同煮3、5分钟即可。

6、盛出,撒上香菜段。

沸腾鱼乡主要经营川菜,也是我个人比较喜欢的川菜馆之一。在北京比较出名的水煮鱼一家是红京鱼,一家就是这里了。这里的水煮鱼肉质鲜嫩,麻辣的也是相当的彻底,如果您实在怕辣,那就要上一小碟醋蘸着吃,不过味道就差了很多。除了水煮鱼,这里的其他川菜也做得很正宗。毛血旺,馋嘴蛙,福寿螺等等味道都很正,尤其是毛血旺里面的料很多,吃起来相当过瘾。想吃点怪的,您就品尝一下凉拌鱼皮,糖醋油条。如果您想来点清淡的,那就尝尝黄金土豆泥,上汤白菜,爽口的大拌菜,姜汁木耳。等您吃得冒汗了,就喝上一杯他们自己做的酸梅汤~嘿,那才叫一个爽~~~~~~~~~
由于人相当多,所以最好提前订位,不然要等很久。

这家餐厅就在我家边上,只要走1分钟就能到。
餐厅的环境也就一般,但是,菜的味道还算不错。
这里的菜式很多,云南菜啊,广州早茶啊,贵州菜啊,家常菜,样式很多,而且不是千篇一律的重口味。我个人比较喜欢这里的香锅,尤其是里面的牛骨髓,藕片,青笋味道都不错。还有这里的风味小吃味道也很不错,值得一试。
餐厅24小时营业,晚上如果饿了还可以到这里点些小吃。
但是这家餐厅不太好找,从农科院南门进去大概200米左右,在那条小马路的右手边。门脸不大。如果从幼儿园对面进去要穿过那个驴肉火烧的店面就是。顺便说句:那驴肉火烧也很不错。
如果你就住在这附近的花,建议体会一下。要是大老远,就不太值当了,不过要是来找我的话,嘻嘻,我请您去吃。
